Time course of total (free and conjugated) plasma concentrations of taxifolin, U8 and U9. These compounds had a tmax between five and ten hours. Symbols represent time course of mean and standard deviation of concentrations after a single dose of 300 mg Pycnogenol. No steady state concentrations after repeated doses of 200 mg Pycnogenol daily were detectable after five days.
